Indications

Blestinib is indicated in the treatment of various malignant neoplasms. Its use is mainly established in the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphomas, leukemias, and other types of cancer where its efficacy in reducing tumor size and improving patients' quality of life has been demonstrated. It is important that its administration be under the supervision of a specialist physician, who will determine the appropriate dose and duration of treatment, depending on the clinical response and the patient's general condition.

Composition

Each vial contains 10 mg of Vinblastine, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation and stability.

Contraindications

Blestinib is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Vinblastine or any of the components of the formulation. It should not be administered in cases of severe infections, pregnancy, or lactation without proper medical approval. Caution should also be exercised in patients with hepatic or nervous system disorders.

Precautions

Constant monitoring of hematological parameters is recommended during treatment with Blestinib, as it can cause leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and anemia. It is essential to avoid the administration of live vaccines during treatment. Additionally, the physician should be informed of any concomitant medications being taken, as interactions that affect the treatment's efficacy may occur.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
