Indications
Naxifelar is indicated in the treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms. It is commonly used for upper and lower respiratory tract infections, such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, and pneumonia. It is also effective for skin and soft tissue infections, such as abscesses, cellulitis, and infected wounds. Additionally, it can be used for urinary tract infections, such as cystitis and pyelonephritis. Cephalexin works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, which results in bacterial death. It is important to use this medication according to the instructions of a healthcare professional and to complete the prescribed course of treatment to prevent bacterial resistance.
Composition
Each Naxifelar capsule contains 500 mg of cephalexin, as well as excipients that facilitate the formulation and administration of the medication.
Contraindications
Naxifelar is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to cephalexin, other beta-lactam antibiotics, or any of the components of the formula. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, to other antibiotics of the same class.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, especially colitis. It is important to assess renal function in patients with renal impairment, as the elimination of the medication may be affected. Additionally, it is recommended to monitor patients who are on concomitant anticoagulant therapy, as there may be an increased risk of bleeding.

Store Naxifelar in its original packaging, at room temperature (between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius), protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
