Indications
Granudoxy is indicated for the treatment of various bacterial infections. It is effective in the treatment of respiratory tract infections, including pneumonia and bronchitis. It is also used in the treatment of urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, as well as some gastrointestinal infections. Doxycycline is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that works by inhibiting protein synthesis in bacteria, leading to their death. It is important to use this medication for specific infections that can be treated with antibiotics, always under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
Composition
Each Granudoxy tablet contains 100 mg of doxycycline in the form of doxycycline hydrochloride, in addition to suitable excipients for its formulation.
Contraindications
Granudoxy is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to doxycycline or other antibiotics of the tetracycline family. It should not be administered to pregnant or breastfeeding women, or to children under 8 years of age due to the risk of tooth discoloration and adverse effects on bone development.
Precautions
Precautions should be taken in patients with a history of liver disease, as well as in those undergoing treatment with anticoagulants. It is advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or tanning beds during treatment, as doxycycline can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
