Indications
Evocs Minibag 750 mg is a broad-spectrum antibiotic indicated for the treatment of various bacterial infections. It is used in the management of respiratory tract infections, such as community-acquired pneumonia, exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, and acute sinusitis. It is also indicated for urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis and cystitis. Additionally, it can be used for skin and soft tissue infections, as well as complicated intra-abdominal infections.
Composition
Each Evocs minibag contains 750 mg of levofloxacin as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that promote its stability and administration.
Contraindications
Evocs Minibag 750 mg is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to levofloxacin, other fluoroquinolone antibiotics, or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of tendinopathy related to fluoroquinolone use.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of seizure disorders, central nervous system diseases, renal insufficiency, or those who are taking medications that may cause QT interval prolongation. Adequate hydration is recommended during treatment to prevent crystalluria.

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
