Cefuroxime acts by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to the death of the bacteria. It is important to perform a culture and antibiogram before starting treatment to ensure pathogen susceptibility.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach 5 ml of suspension contains 125 mg of cefuroxime axetil.
