These include, but are not limited to:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n    \u003cli\u003eRespiratory infections, such as sinusitis, acute bronchitis, and pneumonia.\u003c\/li\u003e\n    \u003cli\u003eUrinary tract infections.\u003c\/li\u003e\n    \u003cli\u003eSkin and soft tissue infections.\u003c\/li\u003e\n    \u003cli\u003eEar, nose, and throat infections.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCefuroxime is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that acts by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to cell death in susceptible bacteria.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach Zinnat tablet contains 250 mg of cefuroxime axetil as the active ingredient, as well as excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose, starch, among others.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eContraindications\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eZinnat is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to cefuroxime, other beta-lactam antibiotics (such as penicillins or cephalosporins), or any of the formulation components.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003ePrecautions\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCaution is recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, especially colitis, as well as in those with renal insufficiency.
