Its mechanism of action is based on sensitizing calcium receptors in the parathyroid gland, which results in a decrease in parathyroid hormone (PTH) secretion and, consequently, a reduction in serum calcium levels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach Mimpara tablet contains 30 mg of cinacalcet, in addition to excipients necessary for the product's formulation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eContraindications\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMimpara is contraindicated in patients with hypocalcemia, as well as in those who have hypersensitivity to cinacalcet or any of the formulation's components.
