It is also used in the treatment of sepsis and in patients with febrile neutropenia. Meropenem is effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including strains resistant to other antibiotics.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach vial contains 1g of Meropenem.
