It is also effective in the treatment of cutaneous candidiasis and other fungal dermatoses. Terbinafine acts by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane, which leads to the death of the fungus and the resolution of the infection. It is recommended to apply the cream to the affected area once a day, for the period indicated by the doctor, generally between 1 and 2 weeks, depending on the severity of the infection.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach 100 g of Lamisil Cream contains: Terbinafine (as hydrochloride) 1 g.
