Additionally, it can be used in patients with a high cardiovascular risk, in order to decrease the incidence of cardiovascular events associated with atherosclerosis. Ezetimibe works by inhibiting the intestinal absorption of cholesterol, which contributes to the reduction of blood LDL levels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach Kazimibe tablet contains 10 mg of Ezetimibe as the active ingredient.
