Additionally, it is used in the treatment of follicular lymphoma in combination with chemotherapy in patients who have received at least one prior therapy. Obinutuzumab acts as a monoclonal antibody that binds to the CD20 protein on the surface of B cells, resulting in immune system-mediated cell destruction. Its use should be evaluated by an oncology specialist, considering the patient's health status and disease progression.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach ml of Gazyva contains 25 mg of obinutuzumab.
