It is particularly useful in cases where inflammation is present and a secondary infection by fusidate-sensitive bacteria has been confirmed or suspected. The combination of sodium fusidate, a broad-spectrum antibiotic, and betamethasone, a potent corticosteroid, provides a dual approach to control both inflammation and infection, thus facilitating the recovery of affected skin tissue.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach 100 g of cream contains: 2 g of sodium fusidate and 0.1 g of betamethasone.
