Additionally, it is used in the management of inflammatory processes such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action helps provide relief in conditions involving moderate to severe pain, as well as in chronic inflammatory conditions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach Dolxen tablet contains: Naproxen 500 mg as the active ingredient. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, magnesium stearate and others.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eContraindications\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDolxen is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to naproxen or any component of the formula. It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcer, severe renal insufficiency, or a history of severe cardiovascular disease. It is also contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003ePrecautions\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCaution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems, high blood pressure, heart failure, or kidney failure.
