It should not be used in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions, active peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, and during the third trimester of pregnancy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003ePrecautions\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCaution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, hypertension, heart failure, and in those undergoing anticoagulant treatment.
