It is used in the management of acute and chronic pain, including but not limited to: \n  - Rheumatoid arthritis\n  - Osteoarthritis\n  - Ankylosing spondylitis\n  - Postoperative pain\n  - Menstrual pain\n  - Sports injuries\n  - Tension headaches\n  - Other types of moderate to severe pain.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach 100 ml of suspension contains: \n  - Diclofenac sodium: 180 mg\n  - Excipients: q.s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eContraindications\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDeflox is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the formulation components. It should not be administered in cases of active peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, severe renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, or in patients who have experienced severe adverse reactions to other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003ePrecautions\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDeflox should be used with caution in patients with a history of asthma, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, renal or hepatic insufficiency. Renal and hepatic function should be monitored during prolonged treatment.
