Methylphenidate, its active ingredient, acts as a central nervous system stimulant, improving attention and concentration, and reducing impulsivity and hyperactivity in patients diagnosed with ADHD.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eComposition\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach tablet contains 18 mg of methylphenidate (as hydrochloride).
